摘要
2013年11月,笔者参加了为期7 d的国家卫计委组织的海峡两岸护理交流项目,本次组团共20人。在台湾主要参观访问了台北公立万芳医院、北大附设医院、台南嘉义市基督教圣马尔定3家医院。笔者认为台湾在护理理念、护理管理以及富有人文内涵的优质服务方面的经验值得学习借鉴。
In November 2013,the author participated in a seven day of across the Taiwan Strait nursing communication project organized by the National Health Commission for Discipline Inspection,the group had a total of 20 people.In Taiwan mainly visited 3 hospitals included Taipei Wanfang hospital,Peking University public hospital,Tainan San and christian of Jiayi City.The author think the Taiwan experience in nursing,nursing management and rich cultural connotation of the service is worth studying.
