摘要
国内工业生产的输煤皮带机系统,其电机与负载之间多采用传统的液力耦合器连接方式。对比分析了永磁耦合器与液力耦合器的区别,并根据磁场有限元分析和力学原理分析了永磁传动原理和永磁耦合器代替液力耦合器的必要性。
Domestic industrial production coal conveyor belt systems, the use of conventional hydraulic coupling connection between the motor and its load. Comparative analysis of the difference between the permanent magnet coupled with hydraulic coupler, and analyzes the necessity of permanent magnet drive principle and the permanent couplers instead of coupling of the magnetic field of finite element analysis and mechanical works.
