For the petrochemical industry, the reliability of the pumps is running base oil production safety management. Thus, in practice, managers at all levels should actively explore ways to improve the operational reliability of the chemical pumps, and to take all effective measures to ensure stable operation of the pump and reduce the failure rate. This paper describes a method to improve the reliability of chemical pumps, in order to provide help for the practice and application-related fields.
