对外直接投资、市场化进程与内资企业技术创新——基于省级大中型工业企业面板数据的实证研究

OFDI,Marketing Process and Domestic Enterprises' Technology Innovation——Empirical Study Based on the Provincial Panel Data of Large and Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises

基于2003—2009年中国省级大中型工业企业面板数据,运用系统广义矩估计方法实证发现市场化改革所带来的制度改进有效地促进了OFDI对内资企业的技术创新外溢,当控制市场化进程对OFDI的技术创新外溢效应后,OFDI对内资企业技术创新产生负面影响.进一步研究显示,当市场化指数大于8.69,OFDI才会对内资企业技术创新带来正效应,我国只有北京、天津等8个省市的OFDI促进了内资企业的技术创新.从区域角度来看,只有东部地区的OFDI对内资企业的技术创新产生正效应,中西部地区的OFDI对内资企业的技术创新产生的是负效应.

Based on the provincial panel data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises during 2003 to 2009, it used system GMM estimation method and found that system improvement caused by market reform effectively promote the technology innovation spillover for OFDI to domestic enterprises, and after controlling the technology innovation spillover for OFDI to domestic enterprises of marketing process, the influence of technology innovation for OFD｜ to do- mestic enterprises is negative. Further research found that when the market index is greater than 8.69, the influence of technology innovation for OFDI to domestic enterprises is positive, and only OFDI of Beijing, Tianjin and other six provinces have promote technology innovation of domestic enterprises. From the regional perspective, only OFDI of eastern area has promote technology innovation of domestic enterprises, and the influence of technology innovation for OFDI of central and western area to domestic enterprises is negative.
