中国区域技术专业化程度与技术规模和经济规模的关系 被引量:4

摘要 将技术专业化程度分为技术集中度和技术收敛度,基于我国各省区在1985—2008年的国内专利授权数据和同时期的PCT专利申请数据构建了技术集中度指标和技术收敛度指标.研究发现,技术专业化程度与技术规模和经济规模之间存在显著的负相关关系,即规模较大的省份能够在较广泛的技术领域中开展创新活动,而规模较小的省份则倾向于将创新活动局限于较少的技术领域.同时,技术收敛度与技术规模之间还存在U形关系,但技术收敛度与经济规模以及技术集中度与技术规模和经济规模之间都不存在U形关系.所有技术集中度指标和技术收敛度指标之间都存在显著的正相关关系. Technological specialization was divided into concentration and convergence. Indicators of technological con- centration and convergence were designed based on Chinese granted patent data, as well as PCT patent application data in the period from 1985 to 2011. There is a significant inverse relationship between regional technological, economic scales and degree of concentration as well as convergence, which means only large provinces can afford to diversify their activities across various technological fields, while small provinces are to some extent forced to specialize their technolo- gy in some narrow niches. The U-shaped relationship between convergence and technology scale is verified, but not found between concentration and the two scales. There are significant positive relationships among all indicators of con- centration and convergence.
