Review on Learning from Entrepreneurial Failure

摘要在梳理国内外创业失败领域相关文献的基础上,对创业失败的概念进行界定;比较总结了创业失败原因和失败后形成的失败成本;围绕"从创业失败中学习"的主题,探讨失败经验的转化问题,从创业失败学习的过程、模式和内容等方面评述了目前的研究进展.最后展望了未来对创业失败以及失败学习可能的研究方向. It provided a definition of entrepreneurial failure based on the previous research about entrepreneurial fail- ure, and compared the different reasons and cost structures of entrepreneurial failure. Then, focusing on the issue of “learning from entrepreneurial failure”, it discussed the question on turning entrepreneurial failure experience into practical value, and reviewed from the learning process, learning mode and learning content respectively. Finally, fu- ture research directions were suggested.
