摘要
科研考核是高校科研管理的关键环节,也是高校教师考核的重要组成部分之一.本文分析了科研考核的必要性以及考核中应注意的主要问题,并以西南交通大学为例,对该校科研考核改革的实践进行介绍和总结,借此希望引发对高校科研考核更深入的思考和探索.
Scientific research assessment plays a key role in university scientific research management, and is one of the most important elements in assessing university teachers. It analyzed the necessity of scientific research assessment and several issues in the evaluation. It introduced and summarized the practical explorations on the reform of scientific research assessment in Southwest Jiaotong University. It hopes to provoke more studies and explorations in this area.
