摘要
针对余吾煤矿待采工作面煤层瓦斯超限问题,为解决高抽巷掘进工程量大、投入大、成本高等问题,采用了煤层顶板水平井代替高抽巷抽采瓦斯技术,利用ZJ40石油钻机和E-link电磁波无线随钻测量定向仪器,在煤矿N2202工作面实施了2口多分支水平井。成井后,地面建立负压泵站抽吸瓦斯混合气。结果表明,工作面平均产量达到1.0万t/d,抽采瓦斯混合气5.00万m3/d。研究成果实现了地面水平井抽采代替高抽巷瓦斯,为瓦斯抽采提供了新的技术方法,不仅降低了费用,而且还提高了生产过程中的安全系数,具有巨大的经济效益和生产价值。
In allusion to the issue of disallowed gas concentration in coal faces to be extracted in the Yuwu coalmine, to solve the large advancing workload, large input and large cost problems of high-level drainage roadway, substitutive coal roof horizontal well gas drain-age has been used. Through the use of ZJ40 oil rig and E-link electromagnetic wireless MWD directional instrument have drilled 2 multi-lateral horizontal wells in N2202 working face. After the completion, a surface negative pressure pumping station has been estab-lished to drain gas mixture. The result has shown that when the average output of working face is ten thousand tons per day, the drained gas mixture will be fifty thousand cubic meters per day. The research has provided a new technology to use the surface horizontal well drainage substituted high-level drainage roadway, thus not only reduced expenses, but also improved safety factor in production with huge economic benefit and productive value.
