摘要
介绍了Pro CAST软件在连铸温度场模拟计算中的特点和优势。通过在舞钢公司1#连铸机建立数学模型并使用Pro CAST软件对连铸温度场进行模拟计算后,当拉速降低至0.70 m/min时矫直中表面温度为964℃,凝固末端处于7#扇形段,该模型计算结果为舞钢公司连铸降拉速攻关提供了理论依据。
It is introduced the characteristics and superiorities of Pro CAST software in simulation calculation of temperature field of continuous casting. With mathematic model for caster 1 of Wu Steel built and simulation calculation with Pro CAST for continuous casting temperature field conducted,the surface temperature of the slab in straightening is 964 ℃ when casting speed reduced to 70 m /min,and the solidification end is at7# segment. The result offers a theoretic basis for reducing casting speed in Wu Steel.
