摘要
宣钢采用100 t铁水罐运载铁水,在高炉大型化和产能不断增加的进程中,受限于铁水罐的容积,铁水运输系统遇到了很多困难。通过对铁水罐结构的改造,用砌筑型罐底取代浇注型罐底、类窑炉拱顶结构取代平底结构,增加了铁水罐底的稳定性和寿命;对砌筑用砖进行升级,改进砌筑方式和砖型,达到了较好的使用效果。
With blast furnace getting larger and larger and its production capacity continuously increased,limited by the iron ladle volume of 100 ton,the hot metal transportation system of Xuan Steel faced many difficulties. In the reformation of ladle,the casting- type ladle bottom is replaced by masonry- type ladle bottom,flat bottom structure replaced with that like the vault construction of kiln,and so the stabilization and work life of ladle bottom is improved and prolonged; the masonry bricks are upgraded,the masonry method and brick shape improved. The actual effect is good.
