摘要
通过对82B钢连铸坯产生夹渣的部位进行能谱和电镜分析,研究了夹渣的类型、来源及尺寸,从炉渣卷渣、耐材卷渣、连铸炉数方面分析了夹渣产生的条件。在现有耐材质量的前提下,82B钢每浇次的生产炉数应控制在25炉左右。
Part,having inclusion,of continuous casting billet of 82 B steel is analyzed with energy spectrum and SEM. The type,source and size of inclusion are researched; the condition to cause the inclusion is analyzed in respects of slag entrapment,refractory materials entrapment and heats of casting. With the present quality of refractory materials,the production heats for one casting of 82 B steel should be controlled as about25.
