摘要
焦炉从投产到停炉大修是逐渐衰老过程,正常一代炉龄一般为25~30年。介绍了焦炉的正常衰老和意外损伤,在生产过程中通过规范焦炉生产操作,加强焦炉加热调节管理;改进的传统溶洞修补方法,可以延缓焦炉的损坏速度,延缓了焦炉损坏速度,延长了焦炉的使用寿命。
Coke oven is in a gradual growing- old procedure from being put into production to blowing- off overhaul,and the normal furnace life is 25 to 30 years. It is introduced the normal growing- old procedure and unexpected damage. With regulating production operation,strengthening heating and adjusting management,improving the classical mending method,the damage speed can be slowed down,the work life prolonged.
