摘要
研究了用王水溶解试样,然后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定铝镁钙合金中铝、镁、钙的方法。为解决无铝镁钙标准样品、基体匹配困难的问题,用纯铁打底,加入适量标准系列溶液建立校准曲线;样品中高含量的铝用高精密度的测量法,提高了测定结果的准确度。经精密度和加标回收试验验证,该方法相对标准偏差小于1.5%,回收率在98%~103%之间,满足日常生产质量控制需要。
It is researched the method to determine Al,Mg and Ca in Al- Mg- Ca alloy at the same time:first solve the sample with aqua regia,then determine with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. To solve the problem of no standard samples for Al,Mg and Ca and difficulty to match the matrix,pure iron is used as base,appropriate standard series solution is added in to get calibration curve; the high-content aluminum in sample is determined with method having high precision,and so the accuracy of determination gets raised. Proved by test of precision and standard recovery,this method has error of 1. 5% smaller than standard error,recovery rate between 98% to 103%,can meet normal production quality control.
