摘要
钢渣是炼钢工业的必然副产品,其较低的利用率已对周围环境产生了不可逆的污染,阻碍其大规模批量应用的一个主要原因是钢渣成分的波动性。本文借助X射线荧光光谱分析和X射线衍射等现代分析测试技术,对比分析了武汉钢铁厂、邯郸钢铁厂、湘潭钢铁厂和韶关钢铁厂四个钢厂钢渣的化学成分和矿物组成。结果表明:不同生产厂家的钢渣的化学成分和矿物种类相同,但相同矿物的含量差异较大。
Steel slag is an inevitable by--product of steel--making industry. The low utilization rate has produced irreversible pollution to the surrounding environment. One of the main reasons which hinder the large--scale application is the volatility of the slag composition.In this paper,chemical and mineral compositions of steel slag from Wuhan,Handan,Xiangtan and Shaoguan iron and steel plants were analyzed by means of X--ray fluorescence spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction,The results showed that:it was the same the chemical composition of steel slag from different manufacturers,but the content of the same mineral was different.
