控制性阶梯式减压在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨临床中控制性阶梯式减压术在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的应用效果。方法选取该院2009年1月—2012年12月间的112例重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为研究组和对照组,均56例。对照组给予大骨瓣减压手术,研究组给予控制性阶梯式减压手术,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组并发症发生率为10.7%,对照组并发症发生率为33.9%,研究组并发症发生率明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组预后良好率为75.0%,对照组预后良好率为48.2%,研究组预后良好率明显的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于重型颅脑损伤患者应用控制性阶梯式减压术治疗效果明显,能够有效地降低相关并发症,减少死亡率,值得临床中应应用。
