摘要
目的探讨绒毛和胎盘中Jagged-1/Jagged-2的表达与蜕膜中CD56+NK表达相关性情况。方法分析该院2013年3月—2014年2月收治的妊娠期流产对象42例和正常剖宫产30例的临床资料,对Jagged-1、CD56+NK细胞和Jagged-2应用免疫组化方法检测,通过对其测定的情况。结果胎盘组Jagged-1高于绒毛组,Jagged-2低于绒毛组,自然流产组Jagged-1、Jagged-2及CD56+的表达均低于人工流产组,CD56+NK细胞和绒毛组织中的Jagged-1阳性细胞表达水平、Jagged-2阳性细胞表达水平均呈现明显正相关性,差异有统计学意义(r=0.91,0.95,P<0.05)。结论 Jagged-1、Jagged-2对NK细胞表型的变化可能两者一起参与,因而对妊娠结局造成影响,并且形成妊娠免疫耐受。
Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of Jagged-1 and Jagged-2 in villus and placenta with that of CD56+NK in decidua. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases with abortion during pregnancy and 30 cases with normal eesareala delivery admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, Jagged-l, Jggged-2 arid CD56+NK were detected by immunohistochemical method, Results The expression of Jagged-1 of placenta group was higher than that Of villus group, but the expreasion of Jagged-2 was lower than that of villus group, The expression of Jagged-1, Jagged-2, CD56+ of spontaneous abortion group was lower than that of artificial abortion group; .CD56+NK cell waa positively correlated with the expression level of Jagged-1 end Jagged-2 positive ceils in villus, the differences were statistically significant (r=0.91,0.95,P〈 0.05), Conclusion Both Jagged-1 and Jagged-2 might involve in the NK cell phenotypic changes, thereby affecting the pregnancy outcome, and forming the tolerance of pregnartcy immune.
