益气养阴汤对围手术期胃癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响

The Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the Cellular Immunity of Patients with Gastric Cancer During the Perioperative Period

目的探讨益气养阴汤对围手术期胃癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选择胃癌根治术患者60例,随机方法分为实验组、对照组两组。两组分别于服药前1 d、术后第1天、第7天检测细胞免疫指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+。结果术后第1天患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均较术前有所下降,使用益气养阴汤患者术后第1天、术后第7天CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+等细胞免疫指标恢复较快,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组病人治疗期间均未出现严重并发症。结论益气养阴汤可明显增强围手术期胃癌患者细胞免疫功。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the cellular immunity of patients with gastric cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 60 patients underwent radical resection of gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Cell immune indexes CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ were detected in both groups 1 day before taking the medicine, 1 day after the operation, 7 days after the operation. Results 1 day after the operation, the CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio of the patients decreased compared with that before the operation. The CD3＋, CD4＋, CDS＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ cellular immunity indexes of the patients who took Yiqi Yangyin Decoction recovered faster at the first day, 7th day after the operation as compared with those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. No severe complications occurred in both groups of patients during the period of treatment. Condusion Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can signiticantly enhance the cellular immune function of patients with gastric cancer during the perioperative period.
