摘要
目的了解吉林省内公共场所卫生状况,预防公共场所危害健康事故的发生,保证公共场所的卫生安全。方法根据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》和《公共场所空气中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)测定方法 -光散射法》对200家公共场所的室内空气和公共用品用具中相关卫生指标进行检测,并按现行的《公共场所卫生标准》进行评价。结果本次监测200家公共场所6 792个样品中有6 376个样品合格(合格率为93.9%),其中不同类型的公共场所样品合格情况是不同的,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=43.792,P<0.05);不同室内空气监测指标的样品合格情况是不同的,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=114.601,P<0.05);不同公共用品用具卫生监测指标的样品合格情况是不同的,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=224.420,P<0.05)。结论吉林省公共场所整体卫生状况良好,监测合格率整体较高,但部分监测指标合格率较低,卫生状况有待进一步提高。
Objective To know the sanitary status of public places in Jilin province, prevent public places health accidents, and guarantee the hygiene safety. Methods According to Test Methods of Public Health Standards and Method for the Determination of Particulate Matter in Air in Public Places ( PM10 ) - Light Scattering Method, indoor air and public articles and appliances in 200 public places were detected and evaluated on the basis of Public Place Hygiene Standards. Results 6 792 samples were collected in 200 public places, and 6 376 samples were qualified ( occupying for 93.9% ). The comparison of qualified rates of samples fi'om the different types of public places showed that the difference was statistically significant (X^2 = 43. 792, P 〈 0. 05 ). The comparison of qualified rates of air monitoring indicators from the samples in different public places showed that the difference was statistically significant (X^2 = 114. 601, P 〈 0. 05 ), the same as the public articles and appliances from different public places (X^2 = 224. 420,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The overall health status of public places in Jilin province is good, qualified rate is higher as a whole, but the passing rate of some monitoring indicators is relatively low. Sanitary status of public place needs to be further improved.
