课程代价视域下体育与健康课程改革研究

Research on Sports Curriculum Reform under the Course Price

本文运用文献资料法、分析归纳法与逻辑推理法,以课程代价理论为指导,分析体育课程改革的患得患失,体育与健康课程改革"重人文、教育,轻竞技,重娱乐、游戏,轻技能"之嫌实乃是一种必要的合理付出。研究认为:体育与健康课程的螺旋上升发展过程是体育课程价值遗失的理性补偿;体育课程改革实质上就是课程设置中课程代价与课程发展之间的动态平衡,是课程改革实践"创美"过程。新时期,体育课程改革中淡化对技能掌握、竞技性,转向以"以人为本"为核心,以"和谐共生"为原则,增强对体育活动过程的体验和发现,创新娱乐课堂内容,彰显人文关怀,是体育课程改革教育改革的必然趋势。

In this paper, using the method of literature, analysis, induction and logic reasoning method, cost theory as the instruction, with course analysis of the roll of physical education curriculum reform, physical education and health curriculum reform＂light heavy humanities, education, athletics, entertainment, games, light skills＂of solid is a necessary and reasonable pay .Research suggests：the spiral development of physical education and health course process is the rational compensation of sports curriculum value; physical education curriculum reform is essentially courses in the curriculum of the dynamic balance between cost and curriculum development, it is a curriculum reform practice＂and＂process.In the new era, the sports curriculum reform fade out of skills to master, athletics, turned to the＂people-oriented＂as the core, to the principle of ＂harmonious coexistence＂enhance the experience of the process of sports activities and found that innovative entertainment content, humanistic care, is the inevitable trend in the reform of physical education curriculum reform.
