Establishment and Application of Talent Selection Model of Primary Players Participating in Competitions in Chinese Mariners' Skills

运用多元统计中的回归分析及判别分析对海员技能运动员多因素、多指标选材进行综合分析、筛选和判别,可按不同水平类别选材的需要,重新建立有效、客观、简便的选材量化模型,为海员技能大比武参赛队员的初步选拔提供一种较为客观合理的选材方法。

Applying discriminating analysis and linear analysis in statistic selection, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis, sifting and discriminating of talent selection of multi -factor and multi -target form marine players.It suggests that we should rebuild effective, objective and convenient talent selection model according to the need of talents of different levels, which provides a rather objective and reasonable selecting method to select players primarily to participate in competitions in Chinese mariners’ skills.
