摘要
本文采用实验法,通过选取40名3-4年级的小学生,分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行半年的乒乓球训练,测量各人的体质数据。结果:坚持参加乒乓球训练的男童腿部力量明显大于未参加乒乓球训练的男童,视觉反应时和听觉反应时明显低于未参加乒乓球训练的男童,但身高和大腿围和小腿围等身体形态并无显著差异。结论:坚持乒乓球训练可以增强男童的体质。
Through using the method of the experiment, by selecting 40 students grade at 3-4, and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group makes half a year's table tennis training, the physical data is measured.The result shows that the boy insisted on table tennis training, leg strength significantly greater than boys not to participate in table tennis training, visual reaction time and auditory reaction time significantly lower than the boy not to participate in table tennis training, but height and thigh circumference and crus surrounds the body shape and there was no significant difference.Conclusion: adhere to the table tennis training can strengthen the boy's fitness.
