摘要
网球运动损伤,总体来说,是因为:肌肉和筋自我保护机体的力度不足,有些运动员骨质比较脆弱,训练方法不科学,技术存在一定的问题,等等造成的损伤,把握损伤的原理,可以有效的应对各类损伤,在今后网球运动中尽量避免损伤,促进健康。
Tennis injury, in general, is lack of self-protection in the muscles and tendons, some athletes have bone fragile, and training methods is not scientific, there are some technical problems, so grasp the principle of injury, can effectively deal with all kinds of injuries in tennis and avoid injury and promote health in the future.
