离子色谱法测定盐酸托烷司琼中的三氟乙酸 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立离子色谱检测盐酸托烷司琼中三氟乙酸的方法。方法采用Ionpac AS11-HC色谱柱(4 mm ×250 mm)以及相应的保护柱Ionpac AG11-HC(4 mm ×50 mm),淋洗液为含有4.5 mmol·L-1 Na2 CO3和0.8 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3的溶液,流速为1.2 mL·min-1,抑制电导检测,电导池温度:35℃,柱温:35℃,进样量:25μL。结果三氟乙酸和样品中其他成分能达到很好的分离;在0.2613~8.7113 μg·mL-1范围内具有很好的线性关系( r=0.9999),检出限为0.0862μg·mL-1,定量限为0.2613μg·mL-1。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,可作为盐酸托烷司琼中三氟乙酸的检测有效方法。 Objective To develop an ion chromatography method for the determination of trifluoroacetic acid in tropise-tron hydrochloride. MetHods The method uses an Ionpac AS11-HC column(4 mm × 250 mm)and a guard column(4 mm × 50 mm),taking mixture of 4. 5 mmol·L-1 sodium carbonate and 0. 8 mmol·L-1 sodium hydrogen carbonate solution as eluent at a flow rate of 1. 2 mL·min-1 . The cell heater temperature was 35℃,column temperature was 35℃ and injection volume was 25 μL. Results There was a good resolution between trifluoroacetic acid and other components. The linear range of trifluoroacetic acid was 0. 261 3~8. 711 3 μg·mL-1(r=0. 999 9). LOD was 0. 086 2 μg·mL-1,and LOQ was 0. 261 3 μg·mL-1. CoNclusioN This method had good specificity and sensitivity. It can be used to detect trifluoroacetic acid in tropisetron hydrochloride.
