摘要
目的:建立直接进样气相色谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉类保健食品中8种有机溶剂残留量。方法采用Agilent DB-624(30 m ×0.53 mm,0.3μm)毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,柱温箱程序升温,对破壁灵芝孢子粉类保健食品中甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、苯、正丁醇、二乙烯基苯的残留量进行检测。结果8种残留溶剂在19 min内得到较好分离。各残留溶剂在0.0034~4.5050 mg·mL-1范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9997。各残留溶剂的回收率在93.00%~117.91%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于检测破壁灵芝孢子粉中8种有机溶剂的残留。
Objective To establish a novel strategy of 8 kinds of residual solvent based on direct injection gas chroma-tography(DI-GC). MetHods The eight residual solvents were separated by Agilent DB-624 capillary column(30 m × 0. 53 mm,0. 3μm)with FID detector. The 8 kinds of residual solvents in ganoderma lucidum spore powder with broken cel-lular wall were methanol,ethanol,acetone,hexane,ethylacetate,benzene,n-butanol,divinyl-benzene. The column temper-ature was programmed. Results The eight resident solvents were excellently separated within 19 minutes. The calibration curve of residual solvents was linear in the concentration range of 0. 003 4~4. 505 0 mg·mL-1 . The correlation coefficient r〉0. 999 7. The recoveries of resident solvents were between 93. 00% ~117. 91%. CoNclusioN The established method was simple,rapid,accurate. It can be used for the detection of resident solvents in broken cellular wall ganoderma lucidum spore powder.
