摘要
目的合成喹羟酮水溶性前药—丙氨酸喹羟酮盐酸盐,提高其溶解性。方法以2-硝基苯胺为起始原料合成丙氨酸喹羟酮盐酸盐。结果合成目标化合物,其结构采用1H-NMR验证。结论目标化合物水溶性有很大幅度提高,工艺简单可行,适宜工业化生产。
Objective To synthesize water -soluble prodrug of quinoxaline-alanine hydroxy quinocetone hydrochlo-ride,and improve its solubility. MetHods Using 2-nitroaniline as starting materials to synthesize alanine hydroxy quinocetone hydrochloride. Results The target compound was synthesized,its structure was validated by 1 H-NMR. CoNclusioN Target compounds had a very substantial increase in water-soluble. The technology was simple,feasible and suitable for industrial production.
