不同剂量硫酸镁预处理预防老年患者依托咪酯引起的肌痉挛效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察不同剂量硫酸镁(MgSO4)预处理对老年患者肌痉挛的发生和血流动力学的影响。方法将150例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级肌痉挛患者随机均分为M1、M2、C组,依托咪酯(0.3 mg/kg)麻醉诱导前3 min,M1组静脉给予MgSO41 mg/kg,M2组静脉给予MgSO41.5 mg/kg,C组静脉给予相同容量的生理盐水。观察3组肌痉挛发生情况。结果M1、M2组肌痉挛发生率显著低于C组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。3组各时间点血流动力学参数显示差异未见统计学意义。M1、M2组在给予硫酸镁后各时间点血中镁离子浓度明显增高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),但均在正常值范围内;未见其他不良反应。结论小剂量MgSO4预处理可显著减少老年患者依托咪酯引起的肌痉挛,随着MgSO4剂量增加肌痉挛的发生率显著减少,且可保持依托咪酯对血流动力学的稳定性,未见其他不利影响。
