灵芝化学成分分析方法的研究

灵芝是我国医学宝库中珍贵的药用真菌。现代药理学研究表明,灵芝含有多种生物活性物质,主要化学成分为多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类、核苷类、氨基酸及微量元素等,具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗凝血、抗感染镇痛、保护心脏、调节免疫及降血糖等作用。在临床上对慢性支气管炎、哮喘、冠心病、心绞痛及高脂血症、高血压病、神经衰弱、肝炎、白细胞减少症、肿瘤、风湿等具有很好的疗效。在肿瘤的治疗中,与化学治疗或放射治疗合用时,灵芝多糖对胃癌、肺癌、肝癌等辅助治疗作用显著。
