《玉机辨证》研究

Study on Differentiation of Yuji

在校勘整理《玉机辨证》中,发现《玉机辨证》是明代医家徐彦纯、刘纯《玉机微义》的节略本;《玉机辨证》承《玉机微义》之内容,以"临床辨证"为宗旨,是一部简明中医临床读本;《玉机辨证》的作者并非柯琴,属托名之作;编纂者改斋氏应为受柯琴和刘纯医学影响的清末或民国时期一位中医临床医家;成书也应在清末或民国时期;书成之后未曾刊印,只有抄本传世。

By collating Differentiation of Yuji, we found that it was the abridged edition of Profound Meaning of Yuji written by TCM physician Xu Yanchun and Liu Chun in Ming Dynasty; Differentiation of Yuji inherited the content of Profound Meaning of Yuji. Its purpose is based on clinical syndrome differentiation. It was a brief TCM clinical hand book. The author of Differentiation of Yuji wasn＇t Ke Qin but somebody else. The editor Gai Zhaishi should be a TCM physician affected by Ke Qin and Liu Chun＇s medicine at the end of Qing Dynasty or During the period of the Republic of China. Differentiation of Yuji was considered to have been completed in the late Qing Dynasty or in the Republic of China. Nevertheless, there is no printed version with only its manuscripts being handed down.
