Theoretic and Practical Study on Heterogeneity of Agriculture Antidumping

摘要传统有关反倾销研究的文献基本围绕工业品展开,现有反倾销概念、规则和运用实践也多源自针对工业品制定的反倾销理论体系,而结合农业的特殊属性系统分析农产品反倾销异质性的文献较少。在考虑了农业贸易自由化、贸易结构和产业属性变迁的基础上,本文分析了农产品反倾销的总体情况及发展趋势对农产品的倾销与损害裁定有别于工业品的异质性特征,并提出了建议。 The traditional research on antidumping mostly focused in industrial products and current concept, rules, practice are also related with industrial Antidumping system. In view of transformation of trade liberalization of agriculture, trade structure and industrial characteristics, the article analysis the status, trend and heterogeneity of dumping and injury arbitrament. In addition, it come up with suggestion for policy adjustment.
