摘要
信息技术正在改变教师培训的方式,泛在学习融入到教师培训中成为教育发展的必然结果。泛在学习环境下的教师培训为一线教师基于个人经验的情境感知学习,同时促进一线教师建构TPACK并改变教师培训的目标,体现教师培训交互的本质。泛在学习环境下的教师培训机制包括了泛在学习资源设计和开发机制、泛在教师培训实施机制、评估教师培训效果机制、管理机制四个维度。未来的教师培训机构不仅要思考如何把握教师培训的自身规律,还要思考如何使最先进的泛在技术与教师培训实现双向融合。
Information technology is changing the way of teacher training, and it becomes inevitable result of the education development that ubiquitous learning was involved in the teacher training. Based on the learning of the scene and apperception from the personal experience, teacher training for ubiquitous learning environment promote teachers to build up TPACK and alter the target about teacher training, materializing the essence of teacher training interaction. Teacher training mechanism under the condition of the ubiquitous learning includes four dimensionalities of the mechanism of designing and developing the ubiquitous learning resources, the mechanism of implementing ubiquitous teacher train, the mechanism of evaluating the effect of teacher training, and the mechanism of managing the teacher training. In the future, teacher training institutions should not only think about how to grasp the their own laws about teacher training, but also think about how to achieve the bidirectional fusion between the most advanced ubiquitous technology and teacher training.
