摘要
以纤维直径为变量,建立了聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土的单丝拉拔数值模型,分析了纤维直径对单丝拉拔性能的影响。结果表明:纤维直径越大,单丝拉拔试件的峰值荷载越大,但拉拔韧度和界面最大粘结强度则越小;纤维直径的变化对单丝拉拔损伤破坏现象影响甚微;纤维直径较小的试件能够获得多次声发射峰值,耗能较大,具有良好的增韧效果。
Pull-out numerical models based on single polypropylene fiber has been studied with the fiber diameter set as a variable,so that influence of fiber diameter on properties of single fiber pullout has been analyzed.The results of the specimens have shown that the larger the fiber diameter is,the larger the peak load could be reached,but the less the pullout toughness and interfacial bond strength of single fiber pull-out specimen are.Furthermore,change of fiber diameter has little impact upon the damage phenomena of pullout.Multiple AE peaks could be identified for specimens with smaller diameter,actually,more energy has been consumed during the process,and hence,the pullout toughness has been improved significantly.
