由于工业化和城镇化的发展阶段影响,我国环境污染问题日益严重,特别是雾霾污染几乎影响了我们每一个人的正常生活.调整产业结构,抑制黑色发展,减轻环境污染,加快绿色发展成为国家发展的需要.河南作为全国经济大省,也是传统能源、原材料工业集中区域,环境污染问题比较突出,绿色发展也成为建设美丽河南的必然选择.研究认为,绿色发展要明确政策导向,深化体制机制改革,加强绿色科技创新,积极发展服务业,倡导全民参与.

As a result of the development of industrialization and urbanization stage,the increasingly seriousenvironmental pollution problems,especially the haze pollution almost affect the normal life of each one of us.Adjusting the industrial structure,inhibition of black development,reducing environmental pollution,acceleratingthe development of green become the national development needs. Henan as big provinces of the national economy,also is the concentration area of traditional energy,raw materials industrial,and the environmental pollution problemsare more prominent. Green development has become the inevitable choice of building beautiful Henan. We suggestthat green development need to have a clear policy guidance,we will deepen reform of the systems and mechanisms,strengthen the green technology innovation,and develope service industry actively,and advocate public participation.
