山西省经济增长与环境污染耦合关系研究

The Relationship Between Economic Growth and Environmental Pollution in Shanxi Province

在分析经济增长与环境污染水平耦合关系的基础上,建立了二者之间的耦合发展度模型,并对山西省1999—2011年经济发展与环境污染的耦合度及耦合发展类型进行了分析.结果表明:1山西省经济发展和环境污染水平典型指标之间存在正相关关系,4个典型环境指标出现较高的拟合指数;2山西经济与环境耦合协调度从1999年的0.06增加到2011年的0.34,整体不断提高,经济环境协调有微弱的改善,但仍均处于较低水平;3从耦合协调度类型看,山西省近13年出现环境滞后型和经济环境同步型两种类型,二者发展的整体协调功能较低.山西环境整体比较脆弱,煤炭产业不合理发展尤其加剧了这种脆弱度,在今后的经济发展中要抽取更多的资金治理环境,综合各方面的因素达到经济环境的协调可持续发展.

On the basis of analyzing the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution,weestablished the model coupling between the two aspects. We analyzed the degree of coupling and coupling type ofeconomic development and environmental pollution in Shanxi Province from 1999 to 2011. The results showed thatas follows：1The typical indicators between economic development and environmental pollution in Shanxi appeareda positive correlation and the four typical environmental indicators show higher fit index;2The coordination of theeconomic and environmental coupling increased from 0.06 in 1999 to 0.34 in 2011,and the overall economicenvironment improved of a weak coordination,but still at a low level;3To the coupling coordination degree types,two types of synchronous type were appeared in Shanxi Province nearly 13 years,and the coordination of the developmentof both functions was lower. The environment is relatively weak as a whole,especially the unreasonable development ofthe coal industry exacerbates this vulnerability. It is necessary to extract more fun to governance environment in thefuture and achieve environmental sustainability in coordinated factors.
