摘要
目的探讨分析应用护理干预治疗急性脑血管疾病联合肺内感染疾病患者对排痰产生的效果。方法将我院收治78例急性脑血管疾病联合肺内感染疾病的患者随机将分为观察组和对照组各39例,给予两组患者不同的护理方法,并对两组患者的临床指标进行观察和记录。结果观察组排痰后的心律变化、呼吸情况、痰鸣音的消失时间等指标均低于对照组(P<0.01),组间数据比较差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论对急性脑血管疾病联合肺内感染患者应用护理干预,有助于患者痰液有效排出,改善临床病症,以提高临床治疗效果。
Objective Analysis applications nursing intervention in patients with acute joint acute cerebral vascular lung contusionexpectoration generated. Methods Given the observation group and control group patients with different treatments. Results Comparison of clinical indicators significantly different groups of patients, with statistical significance. Conclusion Application of nursing interventions to help patients with sputum discharge effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve clinical outcomes.
