护理干预对老年痴呆患者吞咽障碍的影响分析

目的分析护理干预对老年痴呆患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法收集我院2012年11月～2013年11月期间诊治的老年痴呆合并吞咽障碍患者60例作为研究对象,平均分为2组。结果观察组中显效12例,占总数的40.0%,有效16例,占总数的53.33%,无效3例,占总数的10.0%,总有效率为90.0%;对照组中显效5例,占总数的16.67%,有效11例,占总数的36.67%,无效14例,占总数的46.67%,总有效率为53.33%。两组数据结果比较具有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论对老年痴呆合并吞咽障碍患者采取防噎食吞咽技巧训练、调整患者饮食种类、吞咽功能恢复训练等综合护理干预具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention of swal owing disorder in patients with alzheimer＆#39;s disease. Methods Col ected from November 2012-November 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of alzheimer＇s combination of 60 patients with swal owing disorder as the research object, the average is divided into two groups. Results 12 cases were markedly improved in the observation group, accounting for 40.0%of the total, 16 cases, accounting for 53.33%of the total, invalid 3 cases, accounting for 10.0%of the total, the total effective rate was 90.0%;In the control group 5 cases had marked effect, 16.67%of the total, effective in 11 cases, accounting for 36.67%of the total, invalid 14 cases, 46.67%of the total, the total effective rate was 53.33%. Results Two groups of data comparison has obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To prevent choking on alzheimer＇s merger swal owing disorder swal owing skil s training and adjust the diet in patients with type, swal owing function training and so on comprehensive nursing intervention has good clinical effect, is worth popularization in clinical application.
