强化降脂在治疗冠心病中的应用价值

Application Value of Intensive Lipid-lowering Therapy in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨强化降脂治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取冠心病患者72例,随机均分成对照组和强化组,对照组给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d,强化组给予40 mg/d,治疗6个月后,根据两组的HDL-C、TC及TG变化情况,判断治疗有效率。结果治疗组升高HDL-C的总有效率达91.7%,降低TC和TG的总有效率分别达88.9%和83.3%,与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论强化降脂治疗在冠心病治疗上具有良好的疗效和安全性,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of intensive lipid-lowering therapy. Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group was given atorvastatin 20mg/d while the treatment group was given 40mg/d.Determine the treatment efficiencyaccording to the changes of HDL-C, TC and TG after 6 months, treatment. Results The total effective rate in HDL-C increasing was 91.7%andin TC and TG decreasing was 88.9%and 83.3%, which had significant difference with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intensive lipid-lowering therapy have good efficacy and safety in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which is worth of clinical application.
