注射用泮托拉唑、去甲肾上腺素、注射用白眉蛇毒凝血酶联用治疗饮酒后上消化道出血64例临床分析

Injection with Diazepam Tora, Norepinephrine, Vial bridled Snake Venom Thrombin Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding after Drinking 64 Cases of Clinical Analysis

目的探讨联合注射用泮托拉唑、去甲肾上腺素及白眉蛇毒凝血酶治疗饮酒后上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选择临床确诊饮酒后上消化道出血患者64例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。治疗组32例给予泮托拉唑、去甲肾上腺素、白眉蛇毒凝血酶联合使用;对照组32例给予注射用泮托拉唑、氨甲苯酸联合使用。两组保护胃粘膜及补液等治疗方案相同,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率87.5%,明显优于对照组总有效率62.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均显效时间明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组出现恶心不良反应症状,经对症处理后症状消失。结论饮酒后上消化道出血患者,采用泮托拉唑、去甲肾上腺素、注射用白眉蛇毒凝血酶联用治疗的疗效确切,而且安全性高、不良反应少,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the combined with diazepam injection tora, norepinephrine and bridled snake venom thrombin clinical curative effect for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding after drinking. Methods 64 patients with clinical diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding after drinking, it were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases in each group.Treatment group （32 cases for panxi tora, norepinephrine, bridled snake venom thrombin combination;32 cases were treated with diazepam injection tora＆amp;nbsp;thiazole,aminomethylbenzoic acid used in combination.Two groups of protecting gastric mucosa and rehydration treatment is the same, compare two groups of therapeutic effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 87.5%,obviously better than the control group total effective rate 62.5%,compare the differences between groups was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）;Treatment group average time significantly shorter than the control group were markedly improved,differences between groups was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）;During the treatment,two groups of symptoms of nausea and adverse reactions,the symptom disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage after drinking,using panxi tora,norepinephrine,vial bridled snake venom thrombin combination treatment curative effect,and high safety,less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
