摘要
探讨子宫颈癌的筛查方法、筛查策略。合理的筛查方案应该涉及多种技术的组合,按照地区资源条件和人群风险度进行优化配置,具体方案由各种技术的成本及可获得性决定。采用不同的宫颈筛查项目进行人群筛查,以监测宫颈状况,降低宫颈癌发病率,最大限度地降低子宫颈癌对妇女生命和健康的威胁。
Screening methods and strategies of cervical cancer are to be discussed. Reasonable screening method should depend on multiple technologies, rational al ocation and optimization in accordance with local resources and population risk level. Specific plan is decided by costs and availability of al kinds of technologies. Screen with different uterine neck screening projects to monitor uterine neck conditions and lower morbidity of cervical cancer. Keep cervical cancer’s threat on women healthy and life low to the largest extent.
