摘要
目的探讨影响老年住院患者急性肾损伤预后的相关因素。方法从本院2012年10月～2013年10月收治老年急性肾损伤住院患者中随机选择232例进行研究。结果在BMI方面,经比较两组差异有统计学意义,（P〈0.05）;但在年龄、性别、原发性疾病情况方面,经比较两组差异无统计学意义,（P〉0.05）。急性肾损伤发生后30 d,在感染和低血压、贫血、高血糖、机械通气、低蛋白血症等方面,死亡组均明显多于存活组,经比较差异均有统计学意义,（均P〈0.05）。对患者的短期预后情况相关影响因素进行回归分析可以发现,Scr峰值（〉246.5μmol/L）、机械通气低体质指数、少尿、血清白蛋白下降为独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义,（均P〈0.05）。结论老年住院患者急性肾损伤预后受到诸多因素的影响。
Objective To analyze the related factors affecting the prognosis of acute kidney injury in patients hospitalized elderly. Methods From 2012 October～2013 year this academy October treat senile acute kidney injury in hospitalized patients were randomly selected 232 cases of study.＆amp;nbsp;Results In BMI,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance,（P〈0.05）;but in the age,sex,primary diseases, the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The occurrence of acute kidney injury in 30d, infection and hypotension,anemia,high blood sugar,mechanical ventilation,hypoproteinemia and so on,the death group were significantly more than the survival group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The factors affecting on the short-term prognosis of patients with regression analysis can be found,the peak value of Scr （〉246.5μmol/L）,mechanical ventilation,low body mass index, oliguria,serum albumin decreased as the independent impact factors,the differences were statistical y significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The prognosis of patients with acute kidney injury in elderly patients is affected by many factors.
