18例慢性脓胸手术治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of 18 cases of Chronic Empyema Surgery

目的探讨慢性脓胸外科手术治疗方法及手术技巧。方法对18例慢性脓胸患者手术治疗方法进行分析。结果经手术治疗脓腔消除、症状消失、全身状况改善17例,脓腔消除、全身状况良好、创口有瘘道1例,无死亡。结论加强全身支持疗法,消除中毒症状和营养不良;消灭致病原因和脓腔;尽快使受压的肺复张,恢复正常功能。

Objective The treatment methods and surgery skills of chronic empyema surgery to be investigated. Methods Making an analysis of surgical treatment methods data selected from 18 cases of patients operated with chronic empyema surgery. Results Operated with surgery, 17 cases of patients have improvement in the health state with abscess and inflammation cured, and one case of patients has a favorable health state with fistula in wound, and no patient died. Conclusion Enhance the whole-body supportive therapy, eliminate poisoning symptoms and malnutrition;wipe out the cause for disease and abscess;have the compressed lungs re-expanded and re-functioned normal y.
