Clinical Realize on 48 Cases of Overlay Dentaure

目的探讨覆盖义齿修复方法与效果。方法对48例覆盖义齿修复患者临床修复资料进行分析。结果覆盖义齿修复120颗,经2年随访,成功率92.3%,发生牙周炎4颗,龋病2颗,根折脱落1颗。结论保留口腔内余留牙,通过治疗及调整冠根比例,合理设计制作覆盖义齿,取得良好的美观效果。

Objective Repair methods for overlay dentaure and its effectiveness are to be discussed. Methods The clinical repair data of 48 patients with overlay dentaure is to be analyzed. Results 120 overlay dentaures have been repaired. Based on 2-year fol ow-up visit, the success rate reaches 92.3%, with 4 cases of periodontitis, 2 cases of caries and 1 case of fang drop. Conclusion The remained teeth should be kept. Through treat and adjust dental crown and root scale, overlay dentaure can be designed rational y to achieve a good esthetic effect.
