The Research of Spare Parts Management in Wind Power Industry

针对国内风电行业备件管理水平较低的现状，结合龙源电力集团现有的备件管理系统，提出了新的信息化备件管理的方法。该方法包括备件管理的各方面工作，从备件的分类、存储出发，详细阐述了备件分类的相关方法；进而对联合储备策略进行了简述。最后论述了新的备件系统的总体结构和功能实现，并指出了风电行业备件管理的发展方向。

For the level of spare parts management in the domestic wind power industry is low, a new method of information management of spare parts combined with an existing spare parts management system of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation limited is proposed in this article. The article discusses the status of the spare parts management in wind power industry and propose a new approach. This approach includes all aspects of spare parts management and points out the direction of the wind power industry spare parts management.
