摘要
基于不同粒径下煤粉的SEM分析,从利用激光粒度仪测试煤粉试样粒度时的超声强度、超声分散时间、分散剂的种类及浓度等方面对煤粉粒度测试结果的影响进行实验研究,探讨了激光粒度仪测试煤粉粒度的最佳实验条件,即测定煤粉粒度时搅拌分散时间2min^4min较为合适,适宜的超声分散强度为1 200Hz,使用浓度为3%~5%的吐温80分散剂的分散效果较好,煤粉测试粒度的适宜温度为15℃~35℃。
Based on the SEM analysis of different particle size of coal powder, the influencing factors such as ultrasonic intensity, ultrasonic dispersion time, types of dispersant and concentration which affected the results of coal powder particle size were researched. The optimal experimental conditions were discussed as well, the conclusions were as follows: the optimal stirring dispersion duration was 2 min^4 min and the optimal ultrasonic intensity was 1 200 Hz, meanwhile, the concentration of 3% -5 % of Tween-80 dispersant performed relatively well, and the suitable temperature range was 15℃~35℃.
