共同采制样留取分样的灰分允许差探讨 被引量:1

摘要 通过对共同采样后煤样制备流程的选择、煤样制备和化验方差的估算、留取分样灰分允许差的推导等探讨分析可知:在保证各阶段制备煤样代表性的情况下,在煤样制备流程中尽量精简制样阶段;制备煤样流程中可采用3mm圆孔筛;若其留取分样的灰分一旦超出允许差,则需对封存煤样进行第三方检验并检查制样流程是否存在问题,必要时核对其制样流程的分阶段精密度。 through the discussion on choice of coal sample preparations, estimation of sample preparations and variance of test, derivation of of tolerancel of ash of sample kept, we can see that, under the condition of maintaining representativeness of sample in every preparation stage, the sampling preparation stage should be shortened; the 3 mm round-hole mesh should be adopted; if ash of sample kept went beyond the tolerancel, the third party test was needed, as well as the check of sample preparation process, precision check on every stage of sample preparation was also needed when necessary.
