探讨并分析了煤炭采煤制样精密度检验原理等有关问题,结合采制样精密度核验示例,提出了正确核对采制样精密度的方法,指出连续两组10对双份试样的标准差都落在目标值置信范围内或优于目标值,则可认为制样和化验精密度符合要求,但其中一组精密度若未达要求,则制样和化验精密度不符合要求。

coal sampling accuracy test method and other related issues were discussed and analyzed in this paper. A method to check the sampling precision was presented combining with the sampling precision verification examples. It is recommended that only if the standard deviations of both consecutive two groups of 10 double samples could fall within the target value confidence interval or be better than the target value, the sample preparation and test precision could meet the requirements, but if one group had not reached target, the sample preparation and test precision would not meet the requirements.
