摘要
介绍了5E-AC8018等温式自动量热仪的工作原理、主要特性、系统及软硬件组成,探讨了其在使用和维护中应注意的问题,对读温不准、氧弹漏气、点火失败、电磁阀噪音大、重复性测定结果超限等故障进行分析,并列举了各类故障的产生原因及相应的排除方法。
This paper introduced the working principle, key properties, system, software and hardware composition of 5E-AC8018 isotherm auto-calorimeter, and discussed some problems in utilization and maintenance, faults such as inaccuracy of temperature indication, oxygen bomb leakage, failure of ignition, big noise of electromagnetic valve, out of gauge of repetitiveness were analyzed, the causes and solutions were listed as well.
