古交发电厂入厂煤和成品煤热值差的因素分析

摘要 针对古交发电厂用煤由集团内部发热量较低的煤换成发热量较高的低硫煤后出现上煤胶带上的低硫煤热值降低的原因进行了分析,指出原煤污染和成品煤污染导致煤样测试结果热值偏低。 The low sulfur and high calorific value coal replaced the low calorific value coal coming from the group's internal apply to power generation in Gujiao power plant. After that the causes of the decrease of low sulfur coal calorific value in coal belt have two aspects. The first aspect is raw coal pollution: In the coaling process low sulfur contaminated coal is polluted by coal bunker and each belt coal chute inner or by that shovelcar took the coal including the bottom and the edge of coal dump from the platform. The second aspect is coal sample pollution: due to the sampling machine rotation to take different kinds of coal, moreover the sampling machine internal circulation and product coal in crusher cannot be cleaned up.
