浅谈策克煤的综合利用

Disscusion on comprehensive utilization of Ceke coal

综合策克煤的煤质分析、炼焦试验、灰成分分析介绍了策克煤的性质及特点,通过浮选试验降低策克煤的活性并将其应用于配煤炼焦及铁合金冶炼中,采用成浆性能试验、料浆流变特性试验对策克煤的气化性能进行研究。研究结果表明,策克煤可用于湿法料浆加压气化制合成气的原料,并可综合用于配煤炼焦、制造优质铁合金用焦及作为水煤浆气化制合成气的原料。

This paper introduced the properties and characteristics of Ceke coal based on the coal analysis, coking test and ash component analysis. The method of reducing the activity by Ceke coal flotation test was applied to coal blending coking and ferroalloy smelting. Study on coal gasification performances including water slurry performance and test slurry rheological properties test were done. The research results showed that Ceke coal could be used in the wet slurry pressurized gasification to produce syngas, could be used synthetically in coal blending for coking, and could be used for manufacturing high-quality ferroalloy coke and raw material of coal water slurry gasification.
