This paper introduced the characteristics of clean coal pressure filter, and discussed some problems in production process of clean coal pressure filter such as material splashing of barrel, relatively large particle size of filter cake, material accumulating of scrapper tail, failures of water, electricity and magnetism air operated valve, froth overflow of feed barrel, the corresponding measurements were proposed. So the operation quality and effect could be ensured.
