摘要 研究了早期的运动训练对青少年个性和智力发展的影响,研究结果发现:早期运动经验对运动员的个性有一定的积极影响,主要表现在敢为性、克制性和外向性3个特征上。运动员与普通人相比更加大胆、外向,并且能够更好地控制自己的情绪和行为。技能型运动员个性的某些方面要好于体能型运动员。此外,研究还发现早期运动训练的经验有助于青少年智力的发展。 This paper studies the inlfuence of early sports training on teenagers’development of personality and intelligence. The result shows that the experience from early sport career has some positive inlfuence on one’s character. This can be seen from the athlete’s aggressiveness,refrainment and extraversion. Compared with ordinary people, sportsmen are tend to be braver and more extroverted. They can control their emotion and behavior better. Some personality aspects of the skilled athletes are better than those of the physical athletes. In addition, the research also reveals that the experience of early sport training is helpful to teenager’s mental development.
